is a little more than 2 weeks away. and personally I don’t want to be ‘thankful’ for extra pounds afterwards. PLUS there is the run on the weekend to consider. Good thing WW put together this great article with interactive food planner.

The month isn’t over yet… but I realize that YIKES I am not even close to reaching my goals for September. So let’s review what is going on and recalculate for October.
