A Little Wii

Wii Fit

I had some major neck and shoulder pain today, went to the chiropractor and stayed home from work in order to also go to the doctor for my ear thing. All that to say I didn’t do Zumba. But I did a little Wii instead.

Wii Fit Yoga

My plan was to ride my bike today but I just couldn’t get the energy for that. I am feeling VERY sore from Monday’s ST so decided some more stretching would be good so I did another round of yoga and stretches with the Wii Fit. Nothing very exciting.

Yoga Comparisons

My strength trainer really wants me to try a new morning routine of some exercie before breakfast. I have been sitting in front of the computer with my S.A.D. light for 30 mins every morning. I think the S.A.D. light has been helping with my winter blahs, so I want to be consistent with that. [...]
