Charlie Horse

5 mins into our training jog today I feel like I someone slammed the back of my calf with a baseball bat. I think this is a charlie horse. I tried to walk and stretch it out. But we ended up walking the whole workout today. We are too close to race day to get myself injured.

I have never had one of these, suggestions? I am still in pain!
