Wet C2-5K week 1 day 3

I was tired and cranky, it was pouring rain. But Jenny didn’t let me bail out. Glad we stuck with it though because I feel energized now. We ran to my house and grabbed Frankie to join us. At the end we were jogging for what we though was our last interval, when it seemed a little long. Jenny checked to discover that we had jogged for 3 full minutes of our 5 min cool down. We figured we missed the voice command due to a police siren that passed by. But then we were proud to discover the 3 min unintentional jog.

wednesday we will be on to week 2 so that will be 90 sec jog with 2 min walk intervals.
