First swim class

Super happy with the new swim class. Not sure how many laps we did but we worked on some basic form and techniques for the basic crawl stroke.

The class started with Alex, the coach, asking us (the 4 class members) about our past swimming experience and our goals. Luckily, we all seemed to be about the same skill level and have similar goals (we all are prepping for triathlon)

Then he had us swim a lap so he could watch our stroke. Ten gave us feedback and some tips then drills.

I feel really good about the class and Jenny and I were the star pupils. :)
