January 2013 Goals and weekly plans week 1
SWIM: YMCA swim class starting next week every tue, thurs and friday for one hour, an adult swim class based on improving personal swim stroke and form.
So this week the TASK is to get signed up and paid for this class, find all my swim gear and get my gym bag ready to go for next week. And i also want to find all my total immersion Dvd and books so I can review those techniques.
RUN: my co-worker jenny wants to get back into training too, so we are going to support each other by taking some walk/runs after school together. I am going to plan for this on Mondays and Wednesdays starting next week too.
So this week the TASK is to make arrangements and set some calendar dates with Jenny, go and buy some new running shoes as mine are all worn out and dig out my winter outdoor fitness gear and pack a bag for this workout.
BIKE: finally I want to get to biking at least once a week… Still to be decided when, where and how much. Considering the time of year, i think i want to just do some indoor rides on my trainer for this month. But my bike has been horribly neglected.
so this week’s bike related TASK is to get the tires inflated, chain lubed up and trainer set up in the living room… So that i can be ready to do a one hour indoor ride by this sunday.
Considering this week is actually half way over… I have a lot to do in the next few days!
