New Years Day Run

I can’t stand to see the meter at empty so had to do something. First took the dog for a walk around the block for .47miles with a slow pace of 12 min miles. Then dropped him off and ran again at a faster pace. I thought I hit the LAP button so that I could see the walk/run differences but apparently I did not. oh well. Did a mile total to start off the new year.
