The Monday Usual

Work out with trainer at the gym… I wore my ~new~ reabock Easy Tone Inspire to school all day today, and since they are not really broken in yet my feet were pretty tired by the time I was working out. But still managed to do okay. Just wish I could get out of the winter funk. I did get my special SAD light in the mail today, so I will start trying that out tomorrow morning and see how it goes.

  1. Hope your special light works! I got a light a week ago at Costco…it’s called “HappyLight” - “Sunshine Supplement Light System.” I think it is helping me feel more positive and upbeat….a little, anyway! :)

  2. I suffer from the winter blues, too. Let me know how that light works. I have contemplated getting one, but not sure if it is worth it. Would be anxious to hear how you like it.
