Strength Training
My back and neck and shoulder have all been bothering me the past couple weeks. A trip to the chiropractor friday and today I hope are helping, but I think I need a massage too. I know I am not exercising enough and I am sitting at the computer more, which is part of the problem. So we modified a few things to deal with the neck/shoulder pain today. but it was a decent workout anyways.
