Stick with the plan, mam!
Week Five Training Plan
I have been very busy, but not really holding myself to my training plan very good. I need some kind of task master that will call and make sure I am doing my exercises and workouts as planned.
But a quick recap shows that Monday was great and on plan; I did not do any of Tuesday’s workouts instead I took a walk with the dog; Wednesday was great and on track with PT and a fun bike ride; Thursday I filled my day with housework instead of TRIwork; Friday was ON target; And then the weekend, though busy was not as planned (I totally bailed on the 35 mile Luna Ride)!
Now to plan the coming week:
Monday 6/29: official TriTrain plan “ST or rest day”
- I will be doing my PT exercises and housework. Changing my ST session to a different day due to the “great carpet cleaning of ‘09″.
Tuesday 6/30: official TriTrain plan “swim days”
