He brought out the kettle ball today. pretty good workout, I think my legs will be sore tomorrow with all the squat type things.

I didn’t have enough energy to jog home, so it was a brisk walk with a few little jog spurts to warm up. It was getting darker and colder the whole way home. But it was a good walk.

My HR was really up there the whole workout. Doing the run before hand helped. But it was also a pretty intense workout. The Push/pull core style thing that he has been into lately. It felt good, but I was pretty out of it for most of it.
