2 weeks since strength training…
can really make a difference. We took the week before my TRI and then again after my TRI off from strength training. So even though I have still exercised, swim, bike, run, stretch, I have not done the weights. My shoulders are super tight and my left one (where I had shoulder tendinitis last year) was really bugging me. My trainer busted out a 17lb Kettleball and made me do some figure 8’s around my legs. I will probably have a bruise from the couple times I ran into my leg. I was just not up to my past abilities. I think my trainer was getting frustrated with me. But he felt my shoulder and decided to stop the weights and just do a ton of stretches. I did a 15 min walk on the treadmill before hand. so I just barely made a full hour at the gym today. It felt a little frustrating to me too. I think I need to go to the Chiropractor. I just don’t have one up here that I like.
