Met up with Tory and some of her Irongirl running group for the last walk before their event and a celebration dinner at Spaghetti Factory. I used to love that place and eat there often. But either my tastes have changed or the quality has dropped dramatically. I was very disappointed in the food. Eating with a WW Success story makes it very easy to stay on track. I had only 1 bread and no dessert.
The walk was good. I could have gone faster, but we had a small group and needed to stay together. I just hope they weren’t going slower on my account. We all worked in the schools so we talked about our first week back. It turned out to be sunny and beautiful so it was a great evening. Plus I still got home in time for Project Runway.
