Swim

I must remind myself that I can’t drink mango tango odwall before swimming… And probably should eliminate it entirely as it is giving me heartburn. The whole time I was swimming I thought I might throw up. It is almost 3 hours later and still not feeling too hot.

Super slow laps as I am really out of it. But got in to do something at least!

Tomorrow will be the  cycle core spin class.

Arkansas Trail Walk

Not totally a hike, but not a flat easy walk either. The heat and my super out of shape state made this a challenge. Pretty trails, lots of little benches that I used along the way.

This was also the day I flew out from my week long training. With flight delays, I ended up being awake (or mostly awake.. sleeping on a plane is not restful for me) for almost 26 hours. But I did almost make it to 15,000 steps this day.

The heat and altitude from Texas till home conspired against me, by the time we landed I couldn’t put my sandals back on, as my feet had swollen so much. Shawn said it looked like I had gained 15 pounds. Even my arms and face were puffy. It too almost 2 days for my feet and ankles to get back to normal. Sadly, another sign that my overall health has decreased.
