Treadmill

tried to do a “fitness test” on th treadmill. It turns off if you have 150 HR for over 1 min. So I only made it 7min into the test. The test stayed at a 3.2 speed but increaded the incline every minute or less. I was at incline 8 when it kicked me off. Then after some weights, I did some more walking t even it out.
